International orders are shipped from Colombia through DHL Express.

We offer complimentary shipping to eligible international destinations, except Australia, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Türkiye, New Zealand and South Africa. For these countries, the applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery is estimated within 3–7 business days after dispatch. This timeframe is an estimate and may be affected by customs procedures, public holidays, local restrictions or incomplete recipient information.

Unless expressly stated during checkout, import duties, local VAT, customs taxes and clearance charges are not included and remain the recipient’s responsibility.

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order by contacting support@clarkshopcol.com.

The product must remain unused and free from stains, scratches, deformation, odours, moisture or signs of handling, and it must retain its original tags, accessories and packaging.

For voluntary returns, CLARK will provide a subsidised DHL return label and deduct US$23 —or the equivalent in the order currency— from the refund.

Natural variations inherent to leather are not considered defects on their own. Personalised, engraved or specially manufactured products cannot be cancelled or returned because of a change of mind once personalisation has begun.

The US$23 charge will not apply if the product is incorrect, arrives damaged or has a manufacturing defect attributable to CLARK.

CLARK leather goods include a limited 12-month commercial warranty from the delivery date against manufacturing defects.

The warranty may cover verified defects affecting stitching, hardware, closures, bonding or assembly.

It does not cover natural patina, colour or grain variations, scratches, stains, moisture, deformation caused by storage, overloading, misuse, normal wear or contact with chemicals.

To request an assessment, contact support@clarkshopcol.com and include your order number, a description and clear photographs. This commercial warranty is additional and does not limit any mandatory consumer rights.

Avoid prolonged contact with water, moisture, perfume, alcohol, oils, cosmetics and abrasive surfaces.

If the product becomes wet, gently remove excess moisture and allow it to dry naturally away from direct heat sources.

Store it in a dry, ventilated place away from direct sunlight. Do not machine wash it or use cleaning products that are not specifically designed for the relevant type of leather.
