CLARK prescription eyewear is made with Essilor® lenses, selected for their optical precision, visual comfort and protection solutions.

Depending on your prescription and the compatibility of the selected frame, you may choose from single-vision, progressive, reading, blue-light-filtering, photochromic and other available lens materials or treatments.

Select your frame, click Select Lenses and upload your prescription or enter the requested information. Our team will review the order before authorising production and will contact you if the prescription, measurements or frame compatibility require confirmation. 

Your prescription must be current, legible, complete and issued by a qualified professional.

The customer is responsible for confirming that the prescription, pupillary distance and any other information provided belong to the person who will wear the eyewear. Additional measurements may be required for certain lenses, particularly progressive lenses.

Production begins only after the required information has been reviewed. Once production has started, the order cannot be changed or cancelled because of a change of mind.

Prescription lenses require additional production time. The timeframe depends on the prescription, lens type, material and selected treatments and will be displayed during lens selection or confirmed by our team before production begins.

The estimated 3–7 business-day delivery timeframe begins only after production has been completed and the order has been dispatched.

International orders are shipped from Colombia through DHL Express.

We offer complimentary shipping to eligible international destinations, except Australia, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Türkiye, New Zealand and South Africa. For these countries, the applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Once production has been completed and the order has been dispatched, delivery is estimated within 3–7 business days. Customs procedures, public holidays, local restrictions or incomplete recipient information may affect the final delivery date.

Unless expressly stated during checkout, import duties, local VAT, customs taxes and clearance charges are not included and remain the recipient’s responsibility.

Eyewear manufactured according to an individual prescription, measurements or selected treatments is considered custom-made.

You may request a cancellation by contacting support@clarkshopcol.com before production begins. Once production has started, prescription eyewear cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned because of a change of mind, aesthetic preference, personal fit or an incorrect selection made by the customer.

This restriction does not apply where there is a verified manufacturing defect, an error attributable to CLARK or the optical laboratory, a difference between the delivered product and the approved prescription, an incorrect product, shipping damage or a mandatory right applicable in the customer’s country.

If an incorrect prescription or measurement was provided by the customer, the issue is not considered a manufacturing defect. Our team may review remake alternatives, and any applicable cost will be disclosed before proceeding.

The frame is covered by CLARK’s two-year commercial warranty against manufacturing defects. Custom-made lenses are protected against verified manufacturing, fitting or prescription-conformity errors.

If you experience visual difficulties, contact support@clarkshopcol.com before having the eyewear adjusted or the lenses replaced by a third party. We may request the original prescription, a new professional verification, photographs, measurements or the return of the eyewear for assessment.

Adaptation difficulties, particularly with progressive lenses, do not automatically indicate a defect. Each case will be assessed to determine whether it relates to production, measurements, prescription, adaptation or use.

Repairs, lens replacements or alterations performed by third parties before our assessment may prevent us from identifying the cause of the issue.
