International orders are shipped from Colombia through DHL Express.

We offer complimentary shipping to eligible international destinations, except Australia, the United Arab Emirates, Saudi Arabia, Israel, Türkiye, New Zealand and South Africa. For these countries, the applicable shipping cost will be displayed at checkout before payment.

Delivery is estimated within 3–7 business days after dispatch. This timeframe is an estimate and may be affected by customs procedures, public holidays, local restrictions or incomplete recipient information.

Unless expressly stated during checkout, import duties, local VAT, customs taxes and clearance charges are not included and remain the recipient’s responsibility.

You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order by contacting support@clarkshopcol.com.

The product may be carefully tried on, but it must remain unworn, permanently unadjusted, free from scratches or damage and returned with its original case, cleaning cloth, tags, accessories and packaging.

For voluntary returns, CLARK will provide a subsidised DHL return label. US$23 —or the equivalent in the order currency— will be deducted from the refund to cover part of the return transportation cost.

This charge will not apply if you received an incorrect, damaged or defective product attributable to CLARK.

We do not process direct international exchanges. To choose a different style or colour, you must return the original product and place a new order. Do not ship any product before receiving instructions from our team.

CLARK eyewear includes a limited commercial warranty covering manufacturing defects for two years from the delivery date.

The warranty covers verified faults affecting the frame structure, hinges, assembly or materials. It does not cover scratches, impact damage, drops, crushing, loss, theft, improper exposure to heat or chemicals, normal wear, misuse or alterations and repairs performed by third parties.

To request an assessment, contact support@clarkshopcol.com and include your order number, a description of the issue and clear photographs.

Depending on the circumstances, CLARK may offer a repair, replacement part, product replacement or another applicable remedy. This commercial warranty does not limit mandatory consumer rights.

Always store your eyewear inside its protective case.

Before cleaning, remove dust using clean water or gentle air and use the supplied cleaning cloth. Do not use alcohol, acetone, household cleaners or abrasive materials.

Avoid leaving the eyewear inside vehicles exposed to sunlight, near heat sources or in prolonged contact with salt water, perfume, creams or chemicals.

Placing the eyewear with the lenses facing down may cause scratches that are not covered by the warranty
