Elaboradas artesanalmente a mano. Unisex. Construidas en acetato italiano: resistentes, biodegradables. Incluye estuche rígido.
Las gafas graduadas CLARK se elaboran con lentes Essilor®, seleccionados por sus soluciones de precisión óptica, comodidad visual y protección.
Según tu fórmula y la compatibilidad de la montura, podrás elegir entre lentes monofocales, progresivos, de lectura, con filtro de luz azul, fotocromáticos y otros materiales o tratamientos disponibles.
Selecciona tu montura, haz clic en Seleccionar lentes y carga tu fórmula o introduce la información solicitada. Nuestro equipo revisará el pedido antes de autorizar la fabricación y se comunicará contigo si necesita confirmar la fórmula, las medidas o la compatibilidad de la montura
Fórmula, medidas y fabricación
La fórmula debe ser vigente, legible, completa y emitida por un profesional autorizado.
El cliente es responsable de verificar que la fórmula, la distancia pupilar y demás información proporcionada correspondan a la persona que utilizará las gafas. Para determinados lentes, especialmente progresivos, podremos solicitar medidas adicionales.
La fabricación comienza únicamente después de revisar la información necesaria. Una vez iniciada, el pedido no puede modificarse ni cancelarse por cambio de opinión.
Los lentes formulados requieren tiempo adicional de fabricación. El plazo depende de la fórmula, el tipo de lente, el material y los tratamientos seleccionados y se mostrará durante la selección de lentes o será confirmado por nuestro equipo antes de iniciar la producción.
El plazo de entrega de 3 a 7 días hábiles comienza únicamente después de terminar la fabricación y despachar el pedido.
Enviamos nuestros pedidos internacionales desde Colombia a través de DHL Express.
Ofrecemos envío gratuito a los destinos internacionales habilitados, excepto Australia, Emiratos Árabes Unidos, Arabia Saudita, Israel, Turquía, Nueva Zelanda y Sudáfrica. Para estos países, el costo se mostrará en el checkout antes del pago.
Una vez terminada la fabricación y despachado el pedido, la entrega se estima entre 3 y 7 días hábiles. Aduanas, días festivos, restricciones locales o información incompleta del destinatario pueden afectar la fecha final.
Salvo que se indique expresamente durante el checkout, los impuestos de importación, IVA local, aranceles y cargos aduaneros no están incluidos y son responsabilidad del destinatario.

Eyewear manufactured according to an individual prescription, measurements or selected treatments is considered custom-made.
You may request a cancellation by contacting support@clarkshopcol.com before production begins. Once production has started, prescription eyewear cannot be cancelled, exchanged or returned because of a change of mind, aesthetic preference, personal fit or an incorrect selection made by the customer.
This restriction does not apply where there is a verified manufacturing defect, an error attributable to CLARK or the optical laboratory, a difference between the delivered product and the approved prescription, an incorrect product, shipping damage or a mandatory right applicable in the customer’s country.
If an incorrect prescription or measurement was provided by the customer, the issue is not considered a manufacturing defect. Our team may review remake alternatives, and any applicable cost will be disclosed before proceeding.

Warranty, errors and adjustments
The frame is covered by CLARK’s two-year commercial warranty against manufacturing defects. Custom-made lenses are protected against verified manufacturing, fitting or prescription-conformity errors.
If you experience visual difficulties, contact support@clarkshopcol.com before having the eyewear adjusted or the lenses replaced by a third party. We may request the original prescription, a new professional verification, photographs, measurements or the return of the eyewear for assessment.
Adaptation difficulties, particularly with progressive lenses, do not automatically indicate a defect. Each case will be assessed to determine whether it relates to production, measurements, prescription, adaptation or use.
Repairs, lens replacements or alterations performed by third parties before our assessment may prevent us from identifying the cause of the issue.

How long will my order take to arrive?
International orders are shipped from Colombia via DHL Express. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your destination.
Prescription orders require an additional 4-6 business days for production before shipping.
You’ll receive tracking information once your order has been dispatched.
Is my eyewear covered by a warranty?
Yes. All CLARK eyewear and products are covered by a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
We design every CLARK product with one clear principle: to last. By creating durable, timeless products, we aim to reduce unnecessary replacement and encourage a more conscious way of consuming.
Will I have to pay duties or import taxes?
Depending on your destination, your order may be subject to local duties, taxes or customs fees. These charges are determined by your local authorities and are not included in your CLARK order.
Any applicable charges are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I return an international order?
Yes. You may request a return within 14 calendar days of receiving your order. Items must be returned in their original condition with all packaging and accessories included.
For voluntary international returns, a subsidized US$23 DHL return fee will be deducted from your refund. International exchanges are not available; you may return your item and place a new order instead.
Can I add prescription lenses to my eyewear?
Yes. Selected frames can be made with Essilor® prescription lenses. You'll need to provide a current, legible prescription and the required measurements before production.
Because prescription eyewear is made specifically for you, orders cannot be cancelled or returned for change of mind once production has started.
Does my eyewear come with a case?
Yes. Every pair includes a premium hard case, a cleaning cloth, and refined packaging designed to protect your eyewear.
How do I know which frame size is right for me?
Each product page includes the frame measurements to help you find the right fit. We recommend comparing them with a pair of glasses you already own and feel comfortable wearing.
